Stefanos Rokos was born in Athens in 1977.

From 1995 to 2000 he studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Αrts in the workshop of T. Patraskidis. Αt the same time, he attended printmaking classes in the workshop of G. Milios. In 2002 he obtained a Master of art degree,MA Print, from Wimbledon School of Art in London, with a scholarship of the Propondis foundation. In 2005 he won a scholarship by the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) for the production of artistic work.

He has held 2 solo exhibitions in Athens in Agathi Art Gallery (2001 and 2005 “Noise and useful objects”) and in other parts of Greece (Amimoni Art Gallery in Ioannina and Yiomisti Kefali in Sifnos), and has participated in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. In May 2007 the art gallery Agathi presented his new solo exhibition (under the title “After Dinner”) in Art Athina 2007.

He has created the artwork for the CD covers of Krista L.L Muir, Interstellar Overdrive, Sigmatropic, Foivos Delivorias and Christos Leondis, as well as posters for theatre performances and films.

From 2002 he is a member of “Kormoranos”, a Non Profit Company involved in the field of cultural events.
